i'm actually really excited about the show tonight. even though i've seen him, something like 10 times now, seeing Ben Folds in concert just doesn't get old. the crowd he draws is [almost] always full of like-minded people that are there to listen to good music and have a good time WITHOUT the drunken, macho, BS that can so often show up at events like this (see DMB fraternity fanboys if you need an example - which is why i'm still debating going to Farm Aid, but i digress...).
tonight though, there should be little to no fanboys, very few drunk chicks yelling loudly, and a whole bunch of Ben's fans grooving to some of the best nerd rock of the last decade - and i can't wait.
